In the beautiful English countryside of the Cotswolds resides the Fish Hotel Treehouse, a stunning getaway that really makes the most of its rural location. It is a luxury, country hotel nestled in a hillside within a 400-acre private estate, and the owners definitely made the most of this by constructing 3 gorgeous treehouses for guests to stay in. The aim was to capture that sense of adventure and wonder that children experience while exploring trees and combine this with some more adult kinds of luxuries.

The treehouses at The Fish Hotel Treehouse are accessed by awesome rope bridges, which lead onto expansive, incredible decks that welcome guests to their house in style. The views of the surrounding forest and countryside are inspiring and can be enjoyed from the comfortable furniture on the deck, or from one of two heated bathtubs that stand outside. The decks have been constructed around old and sturdy oak trees, which add to the majesty of these spaces.

When stepping inside the treehouses at The Fish Hotel Treehouse, it is clear that they are worlds apart from the typical childhood arboreal structure! The design is immaculate, and there are over 500 square feet for families to spread out in. There is underfloor heating throughout, which is a real treat through the colder seasons, and in England, this could be any time of year. The entire front wall of the house is a window opening onto the deck, so there is no spot in these houses that does not make the most of the incredible view.

The Fish Hotel Treehouse is found in the Cotswolds, and there is plenty for guests to do in the surrounding area. With historic villages and market towns to explore hills, and hiking trails through the impressive natural landscape and more traditional English pursuits such as clay pigeon shooting or taking a cream tea, guests will never be bored! Though they may choose to just stay in and enjoy their treehouse. Rates start from around €400 per night.
