Treehouse in the USA: Treehouse Place at Deer Ridge

Surrounded by Evergreens and beautiful wildlife, Treehouse Place at Deer Ridge is an ideal place to immerse oneself in nature, with sunrise illuminating Mount Pilchuck, and deer, squirrels, chipmunks, woodpeckers, and bald eagles inhabiting the area throughout the day

On the approach to Treehouse Place at Deer Ridge, visitors will be hard pushed to believe that there is a treehouse somewhere among the trees. This treehouse is almost completely hidden in the lovely forest and even standing at the foot of the wooden ascending boardwalk the treehouse itself is a well-kept secret. Climbing up those many stairs slowly reveals the accommodation itself; a perfect, mini, two-story house nestled in the treetops here.

From the outside, Treehouse Place at Deer Ridge seems to be a simple rectangular shape, though in its simplicity is an element of beauty too. It looks like an enchanted house somehow, perhaps in part due to the myriad of lights both inside and out. The deep red color of the chosen cladding also makes the house simultaneously stand out and blend in with the surrounding trees. The house could not be fitted more snuggly among the forest here and guests can literally reach out and touch the branches of the closest neighbors from every window of the treehouse.

The intent of the design of Treehouse Place at Deer Ridge was to create a non-traditional romantic floor plan unlike anything else knowing this would be used primarily as a couples retreat. The 1st floor includes a small kitchenette, cozy living space with a stone fireplace, and a luxurious soaking tub! The tub provides a stunning view of the forest that can be enjoyed while relaxing here, though there is also an HD TV hanging on the wall if you have had enough of looking at the forest! The queen bed is on the second floor and a beautiful knotty alder sliding barn door leads from the bedroom to a private restroom.

Treehouse Place at Deer Ridge is an ideal place to immerse oneself in nature. With sunrise illuminating Mount Pilchuck, and deer, squirrels, chipmunks, woodpeckers, and bald eagles inhabiting the area throughout the day, it is a lovely spot to getaway. Rates start at €260 per night and can be booked through Booking.com.
