When it comes to treehouses, Norway certainly has no shortage of architectural ingenuity. Many of the treehouses in Norway are actually built completely independently of the trees, standing tall and proud in the landscape. Despite this, they still manage to be unobtrusive in their natural surroundings. Staying in one of these treehouses allows one to reconnect with nature and gain a sense of peace that is hard to achieve in the routine of normal life. Of course, one thinks of fjords, snow, and mountains when one mentions Norway, and all of these features seem to look all the more beautiful when taken in from an elevated, secluded tree house where it feels as though there are no other people left in the world.
