Treehouse Concept: The Inhabit Treehouse Lets You Sleep High Up in the Trees

The Inhabit Tree House is a contemporary structure with a very sleek and minimalist design. It can be built in a variety of different settings depending on the site. Antony Gibbon Designs respect nature and insists on developing treehouse solutions that have very little impact the natural environment. The entrance to this retreat structure is from below and allows for the design to feel much more like a watchtower to the surrounding environment.

Inhabit Tree House was inspired by geometric Forms. Can be constructed in any environment whether it be in the Forest, Mountains or over rivers & Lakes. The entrance to the structure is from the underneath with a trap door that opens up into the centre of the Interior space. Able to sleep 4 people depending on the layout. The outer structure is finished in a cedar cladding that will age with time allowing Inhabit to blend in with the natural surroundings. The large open window to the sides and roof is designed to let as much natural light into the Interior when in densely forested areas as well as to enjoy the views.

The treehouse sleeps up to six people depending on the design layout. Cedar cladding wraps the structure, while large viewing windows allow the occupants to watch nature change around them. The windows also provide for a large amount of natural lighting. Alas, the Inhabit Treehouse is still on the drawing board, but we’d love to see it get built.
